THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES ON ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSFORMATION MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION
Abstract
The article explores the growing influence of artificial intelligence (AI) on the processes of organizational transformation management in the context of accelerating digitalization. The relevance of the topic lies in the increasing complexity and dynamism of the external environment, which requires modern organizations to revise their traditional management paradigms and adapt to the logic of intelligent, data-driven decision-making. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the role of AI as a catalyst for structural, functional, and cultural changes in organizations undergoing digital transformation. The research methodology is based on a systemic approach, which integrates methods of comparative analysis, structural modeling, abstraction, and logical generalization. The author also uses analytical tools to identify the interdependencies between AI implementation stages and transformation outcomes. The obtained results demonstrate that AI integration enhances the strategic agility and innovation potential of organizations by transforming decision-making mechanisms, optimizing internal processes, and promoting a culture of digital openness. It is revealed that the degree of AI influence varies depending on the type of management model, with the most profound changes observed in adaptive and digital ecosystems. A conceptual framework of AI-based transformation stages is proposed, which includes assessment of digital maturity, implementation of AI in separate processes, reconfiguration of organizational structures, cultural transformation, and final adaptation to an AI-oriented management model. This model reflects the logical and consistent nature of organizational changes required for sustainable integration of intelligent technologies. The practical value of the article lies in the possibility of applying the proposed transformation model by company executives and consultants as a strategic roadmap for implementing AI-based solutions in management. The findings may serve as a methodological basis for developing digital transformation programs in both private and public sector organizations, ensuring higher competitiveness, process efficiency, and adaptive capacity in the era of intelligent technologies.
