OPTIMIZATION OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT WITH THE HELP OF INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT PLATFORMS
Abstract
Digital technologies of recent decades have radically changed project management methods, creating new opportunities to improve the efficiency, transparency, and adaptability of planning and control processes. The implementation of integrated project management platforms ensures the centralization of functions that were previously scattered among various systems and tools. This approach facilitates not only the automation of routine operations but also the formation of a unified information space for teams implementing projects in complex and dynamic conditions. The idea of digital optimization of project management is primarily attractive because it allows for a significant reduction in time spent on coordination, increased planning accuracy, and decreased risks associated with the human factor. Modern integrated platforms combine tools for planning, monitoring, reporting, resource management, and communication, which opens new prospects for comprehensive analysis and timely managerial decision-making. One of the key advantages of such technologies is the ability to adapt to the specifics of different organizations and projects, allowing for the optimization of business processes and increased team productivity. At the same time, the implementation of integrated platforms requires significant investments, systematic staff training, and changes in corporate management culture. This necessitates a careful economic analysis of feasibility and the development of implementation methodologies considering the scale and nature of project activities. In the context of economics, digital project management platforms are considered an innovative tool for increasing labor productivity, optimizing costs, and ensuring competitive advantages. The analysis of costs and benefits of implementing such systems includes not only direct financial investments but also time and organizational resources that require adequate planning and management. The article comprehensively analyzes the functional capabilities of modern integrated project management platforms, the economic aspects of their implementation, and proposes a model for optimizing management processes based on the use of digital technologies.
