CAUSES AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE CRISIS AS A CHALLENGE FOR THE MODERN SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to characterize the features of the causes and consequences of the crisis as a challenge to the modern system of economic security of an enterprise. It has been proven that a crisis in a modern enterprise is a significant and usually sudden disruption to normal operations or management, which is a significant threat to its financial stability, reputation or long-term survival. It has been established that anti-crisis management plays a key role in maintaining financial stability by ensuring that the enterprise has the necessary resources and processes to overcome the crisis. This includes maintaining adequate cash reserves, diversifying income streams and implementing sound risk management practices. It has been established that the crisis requires enterprises not only to respond to current challenges, but also to take an active approach to strengthening their economic security system. The key consequences of the crisis for the system of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise are characterized. It has been determined that digital technologies have had a significant impact on how enterprises experience and cope with crisis situations. It found that while digital technologies have introduced new dimensions of risk, they have simultaneously provided businesses with advanced tools to predict, manage and recover from crises. The main threats to the economic security of the enterprise due to the lack of an effective anti-crisis management system are identified. It has been proven that a modern enterprise economic security management system plays a key role in overcoming crisis situations, providing an integrated approach to identifying, analyzing and responding to potential threats. It has been determined that it is important to maintain flexibility and adaptability of the system, which allows you to quickly respond to changes in the external environment and adjust plans in accordance with the current situation. Continuous updating and improvement of processes based on collected data and experience is an important part of the economic security strategy.
